OUR VISION

The citizens of tomorrow can develop their full potential and live sustainably in good physical and psychological health. They are more resilient and freely exert their power to contribute positively and sustainably to society, to the protection and regeneration of ecosystems and all life forms, both individually and collectively.

OUR MISSION

To build a healthy digital learning platform for teachers and school professionals, empowering them to foster wellbeing in schools through personalized practices, tailored tools, and the support of a global community of like-minded peers.

INTENTION OF THE COURSE

Promoting Learning Environments of Care

In today's fast-changing world, young people seek meaning amidst climate crises, socioeconomic upheavals, and technological advances like AI, which question traditional education.

To unlock human potential and foster personal growth, we need to build self-confidence and nurture positive relationships, with a focus on social-emotional skills. Teachers play a vital role in creating supportive learning environments that prioritize well-being, thereby shaping the adults of tomorrow who are capable of thriving personally, socially, and environmentally.

HSIO is based on the gift economy - Support us !

Our journey began with a year of dedicated volunteer effort and generous donor support allowing us to design and launch a 40-week pilot project during the 2024–2025 school year. The 9-month pilot project established a strong foundation for the growth and success of the HSIO program.

For the 2026 edition

We have improved the program to make it accessible to anyone who wishes to enroll, with the goal of inspiring teachers and educators around the world.

Looking ahead

Year 2 of HSIO depends on your support to broaden our reach, deepen our impact, and connect thousands of educators around the globe.

Your support helps us:

  • make the program accessible to more teachers

  • strengthen research and evaluation

  • support schools in their transformation

  • expand our reach internationally

  • strenghtens a community of changemakers

The campaign goal

We’re raising CHF 30,000 to cover coordination, content revision for the 2nd edition, action research, participant support, and facilitation of the community of practice cycle. This will support an average of 200 teachers from around the world.

Why now

Education doesn’t need more pressure — it needs care, connection, and practical support. The social and emotional learning skills are endorsed by OECD, CASEL, UNESCO, and the Inner Development Goals — and they are essential for effective teaching, cooperation, and for tackling urgent social and environmental challenges.

Donate today to train teachers, strengthen communities, and transform schools — so we can change futures together.

Your donation helps create a virtuous circle of generosity.
