We work with organisations that seek to foster change in their organisational culture, for the happiness and wellbeing of their employees and clients in a way that is respectful towards nature. Our work is based on the values of Gross National Happiness (GNH) and the development of Happiness Skills through change management and support programmes.

 

Our process:

Create conditions for Happiness and Wellbeing within teams and organisations

  • Revisiting mission and vision through the lens of Gross National Happiness (GNH)

  • Measuring what matters, beyond economic performance alone

  • Creating the conditions for harmonious work and collaboration

  • Developing social and emotional skills, as resonant managers and leaders

  • Learning to prevent burnouts, improve inter-personal relations and resolve conflicts

Support for organisational change and change management

Examples of our work with organisations:

  • Since 2018 we have been working to bring GNH to enhance Happiness and Wellbeing for the 10,000 employees of Vietnam’s #1 shoe manufacturer - BITIS.

    ELI has been developing the “Happy Bitis” project, through training of GNH Ambassadors, working on revisiting the company’s Vision and Mission, as well as facilitating the co-definition of indicators for each of the 9 domains of GNH.

  • Training of Greenpeace International’s middle managers, for the development of Happiness Skills and to help establish the conditions for the development of their teams’ wellbeing.

  • We have trained “20+” senior executives in a year long resonant leader and manager program.

  • We have supported “Pizza 4 Peace” in implementing the GNH survey for their organization.
